Recently O-I (O-I Glass, Inc.) open 1 year internship program in People & Culture Department as Payroll Intern. This is a good opportunity to gain hands on experience in operational area of human resources function, such as working hours data consolidation, social insurance & health insurance data maintenance and also onboarding process.

Major Learning Outcome:

• Supporting payroll supervisor in preparing onboarding welcome package, induction materials and personal data form.
• Maintain data changes of social insurance & health insurance.
• Consolidate and analyze data of employee working hours and its attendance for payroll cycle basis.

Work Location:

on site activity at O-I Jakarta Plant, Cakung, East Jakarta.

Requirements

A. General Qualifications

• Familiar using computer and excel program.
• Welcome for vocational high school or university student or fresh graduate from accounting, administration, management background.
• For High School must be grade XI or XII.
• For College/University student must be on semester V and above.
