Ensure the payroll execution documentations are conducted in proper and timely manner

Work closely with Junior Payroll Staff in checking payroll calculation

Responsible for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan documentation

Proficient in using Microsoft Excel formulas

Placement in Alam Sutera, South Tangerang (Hybrid)

Welcome for vocational high school or university student or fresh graduate from accounting, administration, management background.

Get things done, result oriented and able to manage task priority

Consolidate and analyze data of employee working hours and its attendance for payroll cycle basis.

Maintain data changes of social insurance & health insurance.

Supporting payroll supervisor in preparing onboarding welcome package, induction materials and personal data form.
