About the Legal Supervisor role:

The Legal Supervisor will be responsible for developing and managing a professional Legal team and will have to know how construction legal agreements, cooperation agreements, and other legal documents relate to the industry.

Key Responsibilities,

• Regularly assessing the progress of projects to ensure that they are on track to meet targets and, when necessary, taking remedial action.
• Provide legal opinion related to legal and business aspects of the company.
• Manage administration related to agreements, permits, assets, contracts, and company legality.
• Conduct the daily contract review for corporate contract, identify the risk point and offer suggestion.
• Manage and prepare all project legal matters, such as company legality, permit legality, etc.
• Build a professional legal team.
• Controlling and managing legal documents & company fixed assets.
• Representing the company in carrying out licensing and legal actions
• Make and check legal agreements, cooperation agreements and other legal documents related to company needs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Legal Supervisor in a Construction Company and will be able to provide an opinion related to legal and business aspects to the board of director.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Law.
• Have experience in general corporate and regulatory analysis.
• Have the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively.
• Have working experience in construction company is a must.
• At least 2- 3 years working experience as a Legal Supervisor
• Have advocate license will be a plus.
• Strong leadership skills
• Good English proficiency both oral and written.
