What you will do:

  • Be responsible for managing mentors;
  • Troubleshooting;
  • Collect feedback from students, analyze and communicate it to the product team;
  • Build all necessary processes and guidelines together with the community team.
  • Support students during a 9-month period of studies;
  • Organization of online meetups;
  • Be responsible for live Q&A sessions;
  • Communicate with our students and actively engage them in Facebook and WhatsApp communities;


What you will need:

  • You know how to measure your work in terms of metrics;
  • Bahasa native.
  • Experience of building customer communities on Facebook/WhatsApp/Slack;
  • English B2 and above;
  • You love communication with people;
  • You enjoy helping people and providing the best service to them;
  • 1+ years of experience working as community/customer success/customer support manager;
