:

1. Run and completed multiple IT projects with proper SDLC and required project management methodologies typically budgeted at least USD 500.000
2. Establish and maintain the PMO's governance structure, processes, methodologies, and standards.
3. Develop and implement project management policies and procedures.
4. Ensure that PMO processes are aligned with the overall strategy and goals of the organization, also government direction.
5. Provide guidance and direction to project managers and teams.
6. Coordinate and manage the resources of the PMO, including staff, budget, and equipment.
7. Monitor and report on the performance of the PMO and its projects.
8. Identify and mitigate risks to the PMO and its projects and find resolution for issues to the PMO and its projects.
9. Communicate with Board of Directors, senior management, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for PMO initiatives

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
2. 5 years of hands on project management experience
3. Naturally composed, half technocrat, half diplomat, sound people and negotiation skill.
4. Have clear and concise communication skill to wide range of audience whether it’s tech, business, and government team formal or informal with Bahasa or English.

6. Have a broad network with tech principals, their local partner, and consulting firms.
7. A go-getter with mad juggling skills who can wear multiple hats and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
8. Have a strong thirst for knowledge and are driven to find solutions that doesn't exist yet.
9. Comfortable with ambiguity and extremely resourceful to find a way to get things done without sacrificing the quality of your work, integrity and values.
10. Humble and focus on the success of the organization with an eagerness to help.
11. Have the ability to bounce back from setbacks and don't shy away from challenges.
