Your Key Responsibilities

• Market research and surveys especially for manufacturing in Jabodetabek using available resources.
• Enter new customer and existing customer information into sales system.
• Route calls to appropriate resource
• Develop content for sales presentations or other materials.
• Complete call logs & call report according to standard operating procedures.
• Obtain and record customer information and customer account.
• Support Industrial Sector to collect/complete data base of end user from all sectors.
• Identify new opportunities through cold-calling and penetrating new segments/accounts in the Industrial and MRO bearing markets.
• Contact current or potential customers as attached list and set up appointment to PIC related to bearing purchase.

Your Qualifications

• Attention to detail and have analytical skill thinking.
• Good data entry and typing skills.
• Easy to adapt to new working environment.
• Undergraduate/fresh graduates from Industrial Engineering, Economy, Business Administration, Management
• Having good verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications, MS Office.
