Tanggung Jawab

• Fosters and maintains positive business relationships with Suppliers and Users.
• Resolves commercial conflicts and coordinates quality claims through Sourcing Managers, in the case of centrally managed Suppliers, or directly with local Suppliers as appropriate. Acts as a catalyst in identifying opportunities for country, or local projects to achieve cost savings goals.
• Evaluates Suppliers’ performance for country purchased items as required.
• Reports findings pertaining to elimination or reduction of costs, as well as other relevant metrics and statistics. Analyzes trends and identifies opportunities for additional efficiencies.
• Through working with internal customers to identify, understand and translate purchasing needs. Resolves and escalates Suppliers’ issues as necessary and works proactively with stakeholders on outstanding issues. Approves purchase orders within pre-established spending limits.
• Identifies and implements most cost effective and efficient ways to purchase small and/or local items. Conducts sourcing events for assigned locations and categories by coordinating the implementation of all purchasing tools.
• Research information and develops new cost-effective sources. Establishes and maintains a supply base for products and services purchased. Reduces number of active suppliers for products and purchases.

Persyaratan

• 3-5 years industry-related procurement and sourcing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others; build and maintain positive business relationships.
• Communicates effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
• Computer skills; knowledge of office and purchasing applications and Coupa.
• Solid knowledge of Purchasing profession and Indonesia export/import process.
• Ability to plan and prioritize a wide variety of activities.
