Responsibilities

• Managing office & SA employees
• Compensation Benefit: Payroll, BPJS and Bonus calculation
• Administration: day-to-day operations to support retail & office team
• Development: Training, HR Report & Metrics, Etc
• Recruitment: fulfillment of MPP
• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities including budgeting, administration, compensation & benefits (payroll), recruitment and development.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience an HR Manager position
• 5 years of experience in full spectrum of HR, preferably with retail experience Computer literate: Microsoft Office and Internet skills are mandatory Project/Team Leading Management skills
• Minimal Bachelor's degree, preferably in HRM, Psychology or Legal background
