Job Opportunity: Sales & Recruiting Executive - Bali (Canggu & Uluwatu)

We are currently seeking a Sales & Recruiting Executive to join our dynamic team at RecruitABLE in Bali, specifically in the vibrant Canggu and Uluwatu areas. You will play a crucial role in setting up meetings for our Founders to drive sales and contribute to the growth of our hospitality staff training business and recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients in the Canggu & Uluwatu area, including restaurants and hotels, to schedule meetings for our Founders.

• Engage with prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking events, to introduce our training services and generate interest.

• Conduct thorough research on leads and tailor your approach to their specific needs and pain points in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

• Recruiting candidates to join a free class training program.

• Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our training programs to prospects, showcasing how our services can enhance the skills and performance of their staff.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

• Continuously stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and differentiate our offerings.

Qualifications:

• Have Experience min 3 years in F&B supplier for Restaurant/Cafe

• Previous experience in sales/recruitment roles is required.

• Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

• A natural salesperson with a strong drive to succeed and a hunger for achieving targets.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients in the hospitality industry.

• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to effectively close deals and secure partnerships with restaurants and hotels.

• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Familiarity with the Canggu & Uluwatu areas and knowledge of local businesses, particularly in the hospitality sector, is advantageous.
