Job Description

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Our products are residential housing and commercial building.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts


Qualifications

  • Neat and well groomed
  • Used to work with target
  • Having experience working as Sales or Marketing in a Developer/Property company will be an advantage
  • Persuasive and have a great communication skill
