Human Resources Development Officer

You will work across the organization and will help the entire team at PRIMASTA learn, improve, and develop.

Human Resources Development Responsibilities

As Human Resources Development you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring the success of the training plan
• Ensuring everybody gets the training required to perform better
• Balancing training spending with value gained
• Working with internal and external trainers to deliver best-in-class quality
• Developing an organization-wide annual learning and development plan
• Controlling the training budget

Required Skill Set

You need to possess the following qualifications, skills, and behaviors:

• At least 3 years’ experience in the adult learning field
• Solid understanding of business processes, budgeting, and financial management
• Team leadership ability and experience
• Collaborative and trainee-centric mindset
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Expert training skills
• Expert training planning skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Adult Education, business management, or similar
