Responsibilities:

• Handle employee contracts (PKWT/PKWTT) and employee data filing
• Create new employee absences
• Manage calculating overtime
• Input employee data to Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
• Manage the need for employee uniforms

Qualifications

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and Power Point
• Fresh graduate from Psychology
• Can join ASAP would be preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt
• Strong data-driven thinking, analytical skills, and organization with quickly multi-task
• Previous organization experience will be preferred
