Human Resource Admin Intern Jobs

Bachelor’s degree from Human Resource Management, Psychology, Communication, or Management

Manage the documents, include: contract, SOP, leave form, memo, and employee reimbursement

Having experience maintaining HR Operations & HRIS System, is a PLUS

Sound organisational and interpersonal skills

Providing support for Human Capital Division daily operational.

Responsible for daily and monthly attendance report, annual leave, sick and maternity leave.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.

Skilled user in Powerpoint/Google Slides, Excel/Google Sheets, and Canva

Adaptable to quick change and willingness to learn new skills

What Will Be Your Responsibilities

Prepare slide decks for various HR initiatives, such as New Hire Orientations, Trainings, Leadership meetings, and HR All Hands meetings

Create pulse surveys for employees to gauge engagement and satisfaction

Have experience in recruitment and/or training and development is a plus

Search for potential new talent recruits for Askpert.id

Conduct training, onboarding, and offboarding for the employees

Create talent pipelining for new recruits every month

Handle talent recruitment for internal team, content creation, and project

Proficiency using Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and Power Point

Type: Part-Time (min of 20 hours per week)

• Develop relationships with universities and colleges that have intern programs

Update and maintaining internal databases

Participate in HR projects and implementation to bring added value to the organization and our people

Create a Job Ad poster and advertise it on Social Media
