The Human Resources and General Affairs Intern will assist our HR and GA team in managing day-to-day operations of the department. The intern will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Assisting in the administration of employee benefits and leave programs
• Assisting in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, such as team building events and employee recognition programs
• Assisting in the management of office facilities and equipment, including coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Coordinating with external vendors and service providers, such as catering services and office suppliers
• Assisting in the planning and execution of company events, such as company-wide meetings and social events
• Onboarding new hires, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring new employees complete required paperwork
• Assisting in recruitment and selection processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
• Maintaining employee records and assisting in the preparation of HR reports

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and highly organized

This is a full-time internship position with a duration of 3-6 months.
