Assisting in the management of office facilities and equipment, including coordinating maintenance and repairs

Assisting in recruitment and selection processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers

Assisting in the administration of employee benefits and leave programs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Onboarding new hires, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring new employees complete required paperwork

Maintaining employee records and assisting in the preparation of HR reports

Monitoring shipment & temperature delivery traceability.

Final year or fresh graduate from Agroindustrial Technology, Industrial Engineering and other related majors.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Ms. Word and Ms. Excel).

Willing to work from office (Manggarai, Tebet, South Jakarta).
