A Sustainable Beverage Production Company in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Head Of Sales (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Implement new sales plans and advertising
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach and manage sales teams to meet its objectives
• Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understand their needs and anticipate new marketing opportunities
• Represent the brand well (able to embody the brand message)
• Promote the company's existing brands and introduce new products to the market
• Come up and develop sales strategies
• Analyze budgets, prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures and ensure that the sales team meets their quotas and goals
• Stay current with the industry by attending conferences, workshops, reading publications and maintain personal and professional networks

Requirements:

• Have a good network in Bali, know prospective clients and able to find new clients
• Have a client database in consumer beverage
• Target oriented, self driven and friendly attitude
• Understands beverage and food
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proactive, strong attention to details and excellent organizational skills
• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Proven experience working as a Head of Sales or in a similar role in the F&B field
• Sustainably healthy
