• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement among the manufacturing team.
• Identify and implement technological advancements and best practices to enhance manufacturing capabilities and drive innovation.
• Lead and manage all aspects of dairy product manufacturing, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and inventory management to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and meet production targets.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in dairy product manufacturing, with in-depth knowledge of the process, relevant regulations/standards, and a focus on aseptic line management.
• Energetic leader fostering continuous improvement and process optimization, motivating teams to enhance efficiency.
• This position is open to expatriates who have relevant experience and a proven track record in Indonesia.
• Strong network in the manufacturing industry, including suppliers and technology providers, is a plus.
• Data-driven decision-maker with strong attention to detail, adept at resolving manufacturing issues and managing multiple initiatives.
• Proven track record in building production lines, layout planning, managing plants, and driving operational excellence.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing, with certifications in dairy product manufacturing and aseptic line management preferred.
