Manufacturing Engineer Jobs

REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years’ experience in turning and milling programming in manufacturing Oil and Gas.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes and concepts.
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Auto CAD, Master Cam.
• Good communication, performance and interpersonal skill.
• Cooperative and team spirit.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reviewing customer requirement in the orders/drawing and follow-up with customer on any ambiguous information.
• Control plan & PFMEA for complex machining process before releasing to production.
• Generating Routing Sheet and ensure requirements are as per customer requirements/drawings.
• Planning production sequence and inspection requirements for the job.
• Ensure changes to orders are reviewed and pass-on immediately to production/machinist.
• Prepare, source, and design new tooling and fixture for production either for new project or
replacement.
• Ensure that job is executed in accordance with the documented Quality Procedures and Work
Instruction to meet ISO 9001 requirements and Quality Objectives.
• Preparing all necessary forms/documents in job pack.
• Assisting in production status monitoring.
• Implement improvement initiatives in the shop to enchase machining processes, production efficiency
and productivity, and eliminating waste.
• Trouble shooting in the shop and provides the necessary technical support to machinists.
• Productivity measurement and evaluation.
• Answer of QC issues such as rework, QN disposition.
• Machining improvement for Deep holes drilling sector.
