• Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with management.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; and resolving problems.
• Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
• Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
• Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; and assigning personnel to phases and elements.
• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; and sequencing project elements.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
• Controls project costs by approving expenditures; and administering contractor contracts.
• Maintains project database by writing computer programs, and entering and backing up data.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, and recommending actions.

The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering major related to manufacturing, such as Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience in manufacturing or engineering management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good technical understanding, documentation skills, and safety management.
• Has experience with any project scheduling/planning software, MS Project and monday.com will be preferred.
• Understand about requirements analysis, process improvement, project management, manufacturing methods, and procedures.
• Have a good English communication skills.
