Job Description

Aavas Hurun Hasmitha is building Lampung's first 5-star international resort. We are opening candidates to oversee the furniture construction and installation.


Talent and team will be located in Lampung and will be staying in Lampung for at least 8 months.


The ideal candidate will plan, coordinate, and implement projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project's progress
  • Set project timeline
  • Monitor project deliverables
  • Monitor Quality Control


Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Speak fluent English
  • Perfectionist
  • Excellent Teamwork and team planning
  • Persistent and able to stand the pressure
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Experience 3 years managing 4- 5 star hotels
