Site Project Interior Jobs

• Responsible for project implementation, budget control, and also project administration (Documentation Progress and BAST)
• Assist in project work permits with related parties
• Implement SOP implementation, and provide continuous improvement periodically to SOP Implementation in accordance with project development
• Be a good liaison between internal stakeholders (Sales, Merchandising, Interior design) and external stakeholders (Owners, Planning Consultants, QS, and Contractors/Vendors.) in terms of expectations and project implementation
• Create a Master Schedule (S-Curve) and make reports automatically periodically to management regarding project implementation
• Manage Implementation executive in terms of planning and project supervision, responsible for providing training and supervision to the implementation executive.

Qualification

• Able to read carefully, translate, and apply pictures construction work
• Minimum educational in Diploma Arsitek/Interior Design/Civil Eng. / Industrial Eng
• Willing to be placed in East Java
• Able to make project reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders
• Having experienced minimum 3 years of interior projects, and 3 years experience in field
