Role Description

PT Integriya Dekorindo is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Site Project Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role located in Surabaya. As a Site Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily on-site activities related to the scope of work and ensuring that the project is completed within a specific time frame and budget. You will also coordinate with the project manager and other team members, ensuring the project runs smoothly and following the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and building codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field
• Experience in reading and creating S-Curve
• Good organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven experience leading and supervising teams on-site
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and procedures
• Familiar with building codes, permits, and regulations
• At least 3-5 years' experience in construction project management, with specialized knowledge of site supervision
