Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and contracts for construction projects

Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

At least 3-5 years' experience in construction project management, with specialized knowledge of site supervision

Proven experience leading and supervising teams on-site

Experience in reading and creating S-Curve

Good organizational, communication and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of HSE regulations and procedures

Excellent attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Verify daily and weekly reports from contractors

Coordinate all stakeholders involved in the site

Able to ensure the mechanical, electrical and civil work of the solar PVpower plant according to standard

Project Management with strategic thinking

Having minimum a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with specialization or 5 years experience minimum in geotechnical techniques

Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating teams of Engineers, Supervisors and site Workers.

Previous experience working across different cultures and maintaining key relationships.

Strong leadership, facilitation, motivation and communication skills

Results-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills

Team Management: Supervising and coordinating the work of construction workers, subcontractors, and other team members on-site.

Leadership Skills: The ability to lead and manage a team of construction workers and subcontractors effectively.

Reporting: Providing regular progress reports to the project manager and other stakeholders, updating them on the status of the project.

3.Memasyikan semua pelaksanaan sesuai dengan gambar perancangan dan spesifikasi yang terlampir.

4.Membuat laporan kemajuan proyek di lapangan secara berkala.

5.Melakukan audit kualitas secara teratur terhadap pemasok bahan material dan pelaksanaan di lapangan.
