Project Coordinator (Site Project)

Hi, Eatwell Culinary (Ta Wan, Ichiban Sushi and Dapur Solo) is calling candidates for Project Coordinator position!

Responsibilities for Cost Control positions, but are not limited to:

·Have experience in making RAB

·Supervise work on the project site

·Handle the problems that occur in the project site

·Report work progress regularly

·Coordinate with other teams in project implementation

·Coordinate with the user / customer in the implementation of the project

We're looking for someone who is or has:

•Minimum education Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering

•At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably in retail/ F&B company.

•Understand the construction management procedure

•Understand the principles, standards, applications and limitations, manufacture, use and installation of building materials and assemblies

•Good understanding about F&B business is a must

•Highly adaptable, able to work independently or with a team

•Willing to work out of town

•Willing to be placed at Kedoya, Jakarta Barat
