Tips: Handle Geothermal Energy Project

• Liaise with customers creating suitable approaches to deliver the project packages in line with the time and budged, achieving the project goals/client satisfaction.
• Initiating/overseeing the potential hazards at the project for the erection and commissioning.
• Conduct weekly meetings to coordinate the work, issue progress reports, and construct overall progress reports completions strategies.
• Analysis of the contractor’s construction schedule and monthly progress, close stakeholders’ communication, and monitoring of the key target achievement.
• Follow up on all open issues/impact evaluation for the project, the interface among engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and site construction.
• Leading the construction team, dealing with challenging site situations, and coordinating with the contract manager, HSE manager, planning manager, and QC manager all the time.

Requirements :

• Language : Fluent in writing and verbal English and Indonesian
• Similar Works Experience：10 years or above, with at least 1 (one) commissioned and operating Geothermal Power Plant
• Education : Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Experience : 15 years of General Experience
