About The GM Manufacturing (Alcohol Manufacturing, Bali) Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead all manufacturing division (production, warehouse, engineering, IT, accoutring, and HR). As the GM Manufacturing, you will be in charge of all manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify challenges and find the best solutions
• Maintain budgets and expenses
• Design Strategy, set goals, timelines and run factory for growth
• Continuously Improve operations process
• Communicate with sales distributor
• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Set policies and processes

To succeed in this GM Manufacturing (Alcohol Manufacturing, Bali) role, you will need the ability to articulate strategy to all teams in manufacturing and to plan, organise, actuate and control all factory activities.

Key Requirements

• Experience managing section: Production, Warehouse, Distribution, Supply chain, HR, IT, Engineering, and Maintenance
• Minimum of eight years' experience in manufacturing
• ISO Experience, HACCP, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and certified Lean Six Sigma (preferred)
• Experience in planning, organising, actuating, and controlling
• Excellent leadership and presentation skills, as well as highly organised
