Manufacturing Planning Executive Jobs

JOB PURPOSE

• Establish master and detail manufacturing schedule with an end-to-end process approach, as well as to manage and evaluate production output trends in regular basis to ensure the master recipe, process routing, and respective production versions are up to date
• Ensure optimum production sequence are applied to improve efficiency / OEE of work centers while fulfilling delivery schedule, GMP and safety requirements

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Plan a production sequence to improve line efficiency while at the same time fulfilling delivery schedule, GMP and safety requirements
• Provide guidance to Material Planners to ensure the integrity of local system data including recipe and material requirements planning parameters
• Resolve issues regarding the production plan that could result in customer service problems, low stock levels, or backlog orders
• Optimize SAP system usage within the whole business process and leverage the digital transformation in a smaller business process environment
• Coordinate with appropriate functions i.e., Operations, Quality, Controlling, Launch & Change, TSM, at Cimanggis and customer locations in relation to activities necessary to produce new products, and existing products to meet delivery timeline
• Develop master and detail manufacturing schedule for CH products categorized with an end-to-end process approach, followed with production output trends evaluation to ensure master recipe, routing and production versions are up to date
• Plan WIP inventory to support finished goods demand and ensure execution of scheduled production as planned, including new product development, feasibility batches, validation, etc

Who You Are

Education

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering or relevant education. Master degree is an advantage.

Relevant Experiences

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Min 3 years of experience in managing Supply Chain process and activities within pharma, food, or FMCG industry.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP platforms, specifically SAP for MM, PP and APO modules
• Self-motivated, and continuous & versatile learner
• Good in management & communication skill
• Strong capability to understand manufacturing processes
