Materials Planning Executive Jobs

JOB PURPOSE

• Responsible to identify and update material planning business process in order to continuously identify OFIs (opportunity for improvements) within the whole process. Optimize SAP system usage and leverage digital transformation within the team. Identify economic order quantity with optimum safety stock level for each material.
• Ensure an optimal material stock with regards to the market supply, inventory cost, production cost / efficiency, write off cost and storage capacity while fulfilling the GMP and safety requirements

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Lead periodical analysis of supplier performance from supply perspective as reference to improve with collaboration with suppliers, procurement, and quality team
• Regularly aligning ongoing projects and initiatives across material planning team, for both RM and PM
• Collaborate with related team in resolving issues regarding the production plan caused by supply and quality of materials
• Accountable as 1st layer of site interface with supplier in material procurement business process
• Define and control inventory level against demand figure, and further identify economic order quantity for each material group based on a risk-based approach
• Ensure material availability according to the production schedule by maintaining inventory at optimum levels, as well as to plan and coordinate timely release of the material
• Actively search for improvement idea and propose solution to increase efficiency, productivity, quality, and sustainability
• Optimize SAP system usage within the whole business process and leverage the digital transformation in a smaller business process environment

Who You Are

Education

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering or relevant education. Master degree is an advantage.

Relevant Experiences

• Strong working knowledge of ERP platforms, specifically SAP for MM, PP and APO modules
• Good in management & communication skill
• Strong capability to understand manufacturing processes
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Min 3 years of experience in managing Supply Chain process and activities within pharma, food, or FMCG industry.
• Self-motivated, and continuous & versatile learner
