Accounting Administrator Jobs

A fast growing natural body care brand based in Jimbaran, Bali is looking for Accounting Administrator.

The position is for full time, on site.

Responsibilities:

• Recording and managing inventory reports and stock flow, including monthly stock opname.
• Facilitating purchase of the company's raw materials and inventory, and ensuring that all raw materials and bottles for production are always available for production.
• Prepare monthly or annual company tax compliance
• Supervising the production system to fulfill the shop demand.
• Perform the daily tasks of the general ledger accounting and maintaining accounting journals (e.g., disbursement, expense vouchers, receipts, and account payable)
• Taking care of files/accounting administration including contracts, financial reports, taxation and other administrative matters, including payroll.
• Prepare monthly financial statement.
• Facilitating the distribution of stocks to each store, including Embun Natural shops, partner shops, and wholesalers.
• Creating delivery orders for every stock out.

Requirement:

• Ability to multitask while delivering the job in a top quality level.
• Well organized, attention to detail, ability to perform well under pressure, ability to work independently.
• Have a strong initiative and able to work unsupervised.
• Doesn't mind to go the extra mile when needed.
• Able to keep confidentiality.
• S1 Accountancy from a reputable university.
• Ability to use any accounting software is a major plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting system (especially in retail industry).
