Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, managing, and executing marketing campaigns. This includes traditional, digital, and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and mission.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are run effectively and within budget constraints.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance to the Marketing Manager.
  • Assist in developing and executing brand strategies and marketing plans for the e-cigarette product line. This includes customer segmentation, competitor analysis, business forecasting, and product positioning.
  • Conduct and analyze market research to identify market trends, consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and product satisfaction to inform marketing strategies.
  • Liaise with internal departments like sales, public relations, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling brand-specific content for various marketing channels such as the website, social media platforms, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Work closely with product development teams to guide and inform the design of new products or improvements of existing ones based on consumer feedback and market trends.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements specific to e-cigarette products.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, or trade shows to increase brand awareness and boost product sales.
  • Help manage relationships with influencers, industry professionals, and third-party vendors to reach a broader audience and strengthen the brand.



Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in marketing, especially FMCG and Tobacco industries
  • Fully understand about marketing pillars, and funnels marketing implementation
  • A critical thinker, a problem-solver, and able to work in a team
  • Willing to work at Surabaya, Indonesia
  • Experienced end to end marketing brand, starting from concepting up to implementation
  • Prior brand marketing experience in any retail products
  • Experienced in tobacco or cigarette would be preferred
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and projects ownership
