Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, managing, and executing marketing campaigns. This includes traditional, digital, and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and mission.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are run effectively and within budget constraints.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance to the Marketing Manager.
- Assist in developing and executing brand strategies and marketing plans for the e-cigarette product line. This includes customer segmentation, competitor analysis, business forecasting, and product positioning.
- Conduct and analyze market research to identify market trends, consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and product satisfaction to inform marketing strategies.
- Liaise with internal departments like sales, public relations, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling brand-specific content for various marketing channels such as the website, social media platforms, newsletters, and press releases.
- Work closely with product development teams to guide and inform the design of new products or improvements of existing ones based on consumer feedback and market trends.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements specific to e-cigarette products.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, or trade shows to increase brand awareness and boost product sales.
- Help manage relationships with influencers, industry professionals, and third-party vendors to reach a broader audience and strengthen the brand.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in marketing, especially FMCG and Tobacco industries
- Fully understand about marketing pillars, and funnels marketing implementation
- A critical thinker, a problem-solver, and able to work in a team
- Willing to work at Surabaya, Indonesia
- Experienced end to end marketing brand, starting from concepting up to implementation
- Prior brand marketing experience in any retail products
- Experienced in tobacco or cigarette would be preferred
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and projects ownership
