Head Of Business Strategy - Automotive

:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and finance, to ensure the seamless execution of business plans.
• Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and drive innovation.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets for the automotive commerce division.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the division's performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the automotive industry, preferably in automotive commerce, sales, or marketing.
• Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of the automotive market, industry dynamics, and customer behavior.
