Currently we are looking for best candidate to become Field Sales Specialist to join our winning team.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to provide ideas to fulfill needs and requests from customers, also monitor the realization of these needs with a priority scale.
• Understand and present McEasy products to customers and able to explore customer needs from the technical side of software and hardware
• Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers
• Win a new potential customer (large company) deal in accordance with expected time by monitoring Pre-Sales Project management
• Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects
• Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers

Requirements:

• Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta, Indonesia
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information, and Technology, or related field
• At least 3 years of sales or account management experience in the Software/ Automotive / FMCG Industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
