ABOUT THE ROLE

The position plays a key contributory role in developing and managing all end to end culinary experiences by developing, teaching and delivering on individual service periods, products and offerings.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Expat (Preferably Australian)

An energetic and enthusiastic hospitality professional with relevant Australian cafe experience

Must be able to work in a fast pace environment

Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage COGS and kitchen labour

Strong supplier relations and interpersonal skills

Multi property Executive Chef experience desired

Strong reputation for culinary expertise in an establishment of similar calibre

Demonstrated skills in leadership and staff training

Ability to mentor, nurture and develop a strong culture amongst brigade

Ideal candidate with Bali experience or working abroad in similar demographics
