Responsibilities

• Manage time and schedules for executives
• Do literature studies and researches for executives
• Aid executives in preparing for meetings
• Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives

Qualifications

• Basic proficient in Excel or any number processor
• Comfortable socializing with new people
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task
• Basic proficient in managing priorities, administrations, and logistics
• Basic proficient in Microsoft Office or any word processor

The working time is flexible, but the individual is required to work on site at least 4 times a week.
