Job Description

PT Mikatasa Agung is looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Personal Assistant with the following details:


Job Responsibility:

  • Make a financial statement
  • Conducting banking and financial activities / transactions
  • Organizing documents, paperwork & maintaining a filing system
  • Provide secretarial administration related to Finance &Accounting


Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Willing to work out of working hours & weekend if needed
  • Have a driving license & own private transportation/vehicle
  • Work placement: Rungkut Industri, Surabaya
  • Communicative, diligent, fast learner & attention to detail
  • Required language: English (mandatory) & Mandarin (will be an advantage)
  • Experience & skilled in Finance & Accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in all majors from reputable university (Majoring in Finance / Accounting / Management is preferred)
