Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Operations professional to join our team in www.come2indonesia.com. As the Assistant Operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of tours and exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating with drivers, guides, and guests, as well as handling logistical aspects to guarantee seamless itineraries and impeccable service delivery.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Driver and Guide Coordination:**

Collaborate with drivers and guides to ensure timely and efficient pick-ups, drop-offs, and tours for guests. Maintain clear communication channels to facilitate smooth operations.


**Tour Organization:**

Assist in the planning and execution of tours, including the arrangement of transportation, activities, and accommodations to meet guest preferences and expectations.

- **Itinerary Management:**

Prepare and manage detailed tour itineraries, including all relevant information such as timings, activities, and special requests.

- **Scheduling and Reconfirmations:** Coordinate schedules with drivers, guides, and guests, ensuring all arrangements are accurate and confirmed ahead of time.

- **Guest Services:**

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.'

- **Survey Coordination:**

Facilitate guest surveys to gather feedback and insights, helping to enhance the overall guest experience and identify areas for improvement.

- **Agenda Development:**

Develop and maintain a well-structured agenda for guests, incorporating activities, meals, and downtime in accordance with their preferences and the tour schedule.

- **Logistical Support:**

Offer operational support by troubleshooting any unforeseen challenges, adjusting schedules as necessary, and ensuring a seamless flow of activities.

- **Collaborative Approach:**

Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated guest experience, enhancing overall satisfaction.


**Qualifications:**


- **Excellent Organizational Skills:**

Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

- **Strong Communication:**

Effective verbal and written communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.

For this position you must speak Bahasa Bali, Bahasa Indonesia and English.
