Job Description

Job requirements

  • Clear understanding of EYD and proper use of Indonesian language
  • Good at communicating and identifying the writer's main needs. Candidates with online novel author resources are preferred.
  • Preferably those who have work experience on online novel platforms or experience making novel outlines
  • Able to work from office
  • Creative, able to come up with story ideas, outlines, and plots
  • Strong content moderation and editing skills, experience as a writer is a plus
  • Bachelor degree, fluent in written, spoken, and listening English.
  • Likes to read online novels. Have deep insight and understanding of the online novel market
  • Responsible, hardworking, careful, driven, and a team player. Fast learner with strong adaptability


Job description:

  • Creating story outlines based on online novel market trends.
  • Establishing cooperation and maintaining good relations with authors.
  • Reviewing manuscripts with fixed target monthly to find sign-worthy works.
  • Researching market trends and analyzing main competitors' development.
  • Finding and guiding writers to create books that are in line with online novel market trends.
