Business Analyst (Software House)

One of our software house clients is looking for a Business Analyst with the details below:

Business Analyst main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, one is expected to have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Gathering critical information related to business from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
• Helping to prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
• Involve in user acceptance testing and planning
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
• Performing requirements analysis
• Effectively communicating the insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Working closely with clients, developer & creative team, and managerial staff
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements

Requirements

• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual and critical thinking skills
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• A track record of following through on commitments
• Have 5+ years of experience in business analyst and related areas
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field
