What Will You Do


  • Build positive and long-term business relationships with Distributors (Distributor Principal, PIC, Sales & Support team) and create good collaboration with the others internal function related.
  • Executes and assess distributor excellence, core expectations with digital Initiatives, global distributor framework and tools across designated distributors in a consistent and high quality approach
  • Keep updated of market conditions, market competition and market opportunities within the boundaries of anti-trust laws that related with development of distributors business aligned with company objectives.
  • Assess and design area of best effort for distributor in order to optimize market opportunities including propose to hire new distributor or local distributor partner as needed, and then continue with the onboarding process for new distributor.
  • Communicate and monitor Distributor’s KPI (Target sales, distribution, product mix, and margin) aligned with the company’s objectives and support for the KPI achievement through rebate, reward and recognition.
  • Seeking high-quality distributor candidates (distributor pool) in all areas that meet the company’s standard qualifications..
  • Assist Distributors in preparation of aligned Distributor Business Plans (DBP), Periodic Business Reviews (PBR), and providing the distributor feedback/improvement plan.
  • Support sales & marketing activities , core values, code of conduct, digital initiatives, or the other programs and facilitate communication for specific matters from the others internal functions to the distributors.
  • Develop Distributor Improvement Plan (DIP) program for the select distributors as part of distributor assessment and development process.
  • Consult and support distributor capability development (e.g. sales, distribution, marketing, operations)
  • Support the distributor’s forecasting process in order to improve distributor’s forecast accuracy.
  • Manage sales revenues, volumes and gross margins as components of the P&L for all finished products sold to assigned distributors with emphasis on profitable sales revenue growth
  • Maintain and develop existing distributors capacity, capability and commitment and recruit new distributors as needed by the standard requirements and procedures.
