Job Description

Assalamualaikum warahmatullah wabarakatuh.


Nabitu is a sharia-compliance crowdfunding platform that operates mostly in Indonesia. We are looking for a hardworking person who will help us to spread the anti-riba campaign to Muslims in Southeast Asia.


The Day-to-Day Activities


  • Understand Islamic contracts and their characteristics
  • To administer and distribute the company’s legal documents (internal and external)
  • Survey our SME clients in Indonesia and conduct business reports.
  • Understand and able to draft bilingual Contract
  • Drafting and reviewing Corporate Agreement
  • Understand Laws and Regulations related to Company Law, Foundation Law, and Contract.


The Must-Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law or Islamic Law from a reputable University


The Nice-haves

  • Literate in English (both written and spoken)
  • Best graduate or distinction from university.
  • Have some experience in Islamic organizations or courses during study or during previous work.
  • Minimum experience, 1 Year (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Have a good understanding of fiqh muamalah
