Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and coordinating with related work units regarding permits that must be owned by the company to ensure the licenses do not expire and to ensure our businesses comply with certain regulations.
  • Coordinating with relevant departments/parties related to Legal activities
  • Preparing, Reviewing, and drafting contracts, and legal agreements, granting legal opinions related to corporate business and litigation process
  • Documenting and keeping all the legal documents securely and in order
  • Researching and anticipating legal issues that will impact the company


Qualifications

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English,
  • Having a driver's license (SIM A & SIM C)
  • Having experience in Industrial Relation issues is a plus
  • Having experience in Feedmill / Poultry company is a plus
  • Bachelor Law with 1+ year's experience,
  • Familiar with Contract Business processes
  • Good Knowledge of the legal industry, (legal research, legal terminology, and case management practices),
  • Good in Ms. Office, OSS, and Google Docs,
  • Having experience in drafting and reviewing a legal document
