Description

• Managing Intellectual Property matters.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements with 3rd parties.
• Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company’s legal function.
• Collaborates with other internal stakeholders to accomplish business objectives while maintaining legal compliance.
• Liaise with public notaries, external lawyers and government authorities in relation to general corporate matters.
• Provide pragmatic legal counsel to the business.
• Keeping a record of all legal documents and proceedings for the company.

Requirements

• Organized and able to work in a team or independently with minimum supervision
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa and English (verbal & written)
• Detail-oriented and excellent problem-solving.
• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree In Law.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as Legal Staff/Officer in a company (preferably FMCG) or in an established law firm
• Have a strong legal experience in corporate and commercial matters
• Excellent negotiating and drafting skills
• Advance in Microsoft Office
• Professional License of Legal practice is an advantage.
