Strong knowledge and experience in IPO processes and operational legal work.

Minimum 8 years of experience as a legal counsel, preferably in the retail industry.

Review contract requirements and ensure adherence to company and country regulations

Create, negotiate, and secure corporate transactions

Provide legal advice on large scale projects, multi-million USD contracts and related documentation but not limited to products sales

A minimum of 4 years of experience as Legal Staff/Officer in a company (preferably FMCG) or in an established law firm

Strong communication skills in Bahasa and English (verbal & written)

Excellent negotiating and drafting skills

Have a strong legal experience in corporate and commercial matters

Provide pragmatic legal counsel to the business.

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements with 3rd parties.

Managing project specific limits of authorization (risk management tool) regarding release/approval of specific contract risks.

Managing disputes and claim management process including liaising with and supervising external lawyers.

Proven Industry specific contract management know how in the Motor and Drives / Project industry.

Strong negotiation skills and experience, with keen ability to evaluate all contractual/claim implications with a focus on solutions and results.

Good analytical and drafting skills, organized and committed to deadlines.

Self-motivated, with an ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment.

2. Having 2 years of experiences working as legal officer (with factory/industry business is preferrable)

4. Excellent drafting skills of legal documents in English and Indonesian

5. Good knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations in corporate, investment and industry
