Legal Counsel Jobs

:

• Communicate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with external parties (legal vendors or third parties).
• Conduct research on various legal and administrative issues.
• Act as corporate document repository which encompassing keeping and managing documentation of various executed agreement.
• Responsible in providing legal advice and assistance to related function, particularly with respect to product development (policy and product related documents), product distribution agreement (with distributor/general trade, modern trade, reseller, etc), financial agreements, marketing communication and CSR related agreement, third-party agreement, agency and corporate business related.
• Assist founders with legal due diligence for fundraising.
• Manage Standard Operational Procedures of Corporate Legal function.
• Assist to reviewing and finalising day to day operation agreements, project-related contracts and other legal documents for execution.
• Manage documents and legal database.

Qualification:

• Detail-oriented
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedure
• Excellent written and communication skills in English and Indonesian language
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Business Legal Counsel
• Proven legal counselling experience
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law
