Manage relationships with external counsel, instructing and overseeing their work as necessary

Strong experience in advising on M&A, joint ventures, investments, fundraising, and other transactional matters

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to manage external counsel effectively

Minimum 5 years legal counsel experience, preferably in a Law Firm

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Providing legal advice/counsel in business-related areas of expertise (e.g., corporate law, business litigation, transactions/anti-trust, compliance,employment/labor, corporate governance, ethics, etc.).

Managing M&A and financing transactions of the company.

Researching, analyzing, and interpreting proposed and existing laws, statutes, and regulations

Bachelor's degree in law with outstanding academic performance.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is a must, with a deep understanding of business processes.

Qualified lawyer with 5-7 years PQE in Indonesia. Prior experience within smartphones, IOT, E-Commerce and/or FMCG industry is preferred.

Research and advise on laws and regulations which may impact on Xiaomi Indonesia business

Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of contracts
