International Legal Counsel Jobs

ŸResponsible for the legal review of legal documents related to economic activities such as foreign investment and international trade, and managing legal matters for the company's overseas branches.

ŸParticipate in important negotiations for international projects, draft, review, and modify relevant legal documents.

ŸEngage in foreign investment activities, participate in designing the legal structure of international projects, investigate the macro legal environment of foreign projects' locations, be involved in target enterprise selection, due diligence, financing, negotiations, and integration work, and conduct legal reviews of plans and documents.

ŸResponsible for selecting and managing external law firms, understanding their professional expertise and strengths, and collaborating with external firms for relevant international legal affairs.

ŸParticipate in negotiations and handling of overseas disputes and manage the company's international arbitration and litigation cases.

Requirements:

ŸBachelor's degree or above, fluent in spoken English (English can be used as a working language), proficient in Indonesian language, understanding of the legal characteristics of Southeast Asian countries, and overseas work or study experience is preferred.

ŸAt least three years of international work experience, with priority given to candidates with two years of experience in international legal work for well-known automotive companies or reputable international law firms.

ŸProficient in handling international legal affairs and related legal skills, such as international business negotiations.

ŸPossesses a strong ability to learn and be proactive, along with good communication and teamwork skills.
