Job Description

:

  • Monitor contractual engagements and manage the extension, termination, or renewals thereof
  • Responsible for the tidiness of legal archive data and its permit application /administrative
  • Secretarial job like preparing report, systematic filing, follow up projects
  • Provide strategic legal advice in all matters that are relevant for the business of the company in Indonesia
  • Responsible for the process related to insurance owned by the company
  • Handles company’s legal affairs


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree (Preferably S1 Law Major), Minimum 2 years in the field of corporate law
  • Able to work in a team and Good Communication Skill with External parties: notary etc
  • Possessed critical and logic thinking
  • Understand about legal issues, government regulations and its implementation


Willing to do full WFO policy (Placement: Landmark Pluit, Jakarta Utara)
