Job Description

Our client an automotive parts manufacture is currently hiring a Legal Compliance Staff with details as follow:


Responsibilities

  • Make legal opinions regarding issues or problems that exist in company
  • Prepare documents for the GMS
  • Assisting/coordinating with regulators (Disnaker, Immigration, Bea Cukai, Dept. of Finance, Police, etc.) if needed
  • Controlling the Company's reporting obligations including licensing (authorized parties/institutions) based on statutory regulations applicable.
  • Make and/or check all Company agreements.
  • Prepare and/or check the documents required for litigation and non-litigation cases
  • Make and/or check the Company's legal documents based on applicable laws and regulations.
  • Carry out internal legal audits to measure the level of compliance to the applicable laws and regulations.
  • Compile a database of all applicable laws and regulations relating to the Company's obligations.


Qualifications

  • Advocate license and able to operate OSS system will be an advantage
  • Bachelor degree in Law
  • Experienced as a legal Officer or compliance staff for min. 1 year
