PT Surya Fajar Capital Tbk is a holding Company which engages in consulting in financial services area. We have business units that supervised and licensed by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.

Job descriptions:

• Provide legal services, including: advisory, agreement drafting, agreement reviewing, legal analysis and regulation exploration.

• Provide assistance to the business units in relation to existing and new business initiative.

• Handle a broad range of general corporate legal matters, legal documents filling, and administration, when required.

• Handle periodically and/or incidental of General Meeting of Shareholder of Holding Company and Business Units.

• Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.

Requirement/Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.

• Having at least 2-3 years experience, preferably from a financial services company or a law firm.

• Having experience in drafting a business contract and contract negotiation.

• Excellent teamwork.

• Excellent communication in written and oral to liaise with business stakeholders.

• Excellent analytical skills.

• Able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously.

• Experience in advising non-legal persons on legal risks.

• Able to proactive and take initiative.
