PT. Altinex is a Tablet Compacting Tools manufacturer for pharmaceutical industries based in Bandung, Indonesia. Since our establishment in 1976, we have been dedicating ourselves to provide excellent products to the pharmaceutical industries. We have been collaborating with 90% of pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia.

• Schedule visits to customer to gather further information regarding complaints and problems.
• Diagnose and solve customer’s complaints and problems by coordinating with other departments (production and sales) and communicate effectively.
• Handles complaints and customer services by providing technical advice and elaborating technical designs and solutions according to standards to maximize customers satisfactions.
• Proactively follow up feedbacks from customers.
• Ensure accurate and timely response to all customers at all time.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably has 2-3 years of experience

•Excellent in reading and understanding technical drawing

•Strong understanding in CNC machining process

•Understands Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

•Strong customer-relation building, communication, and negotiation skills

•Excellent leadership skills & strategic thinking

•Excellent interpersonal, presentation skills and communication skills

•Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English professionally (written and verbal)

•Strategic mindset & structured approach of tasks

•Cooperative working attitude but with strong target orientation

•Intercultural experience/skills

•Domiciled in Bandung or ready to work in Bandung
